Since 1881, 5 generations of the DENOLY-ROLO family follow an ancestral knowledge. On a 20 hectares orchard , with 35 local and ancient apple varieties, should they be acid, sweet or bitter, these ingredients are all locally transformed.
The products, being exclusively from organic extract since 2002, "Le Parc du Moulin" passionately manufactures all products derived from apples: Calvados, Pommeau, Cider, apple juice, vinegar and jelly.
