To produce the Calvados (Norman Apple Brandy) of the Parc du Moulin, we distillate the ciders of the family orchards, situated in the restricted district of the A.O.C. (Appellation d’Origine Controllée) area.
Our Calvados is aged in oak casks. This slow maturation in old barres exalts gradualy its aromas and « robe » (color), and brings it gently to perfection, while evaporating the less desirable ethers.
Our Know-how, fruit of a long family tradition, enables us to achieve subtle blendings.
