Apple version of the fortified wins (i.e. banyuls, port or sherry), the Pommeau de Normandie A.O.C. of the Parc du Moulin allies judiciously the apple juice freshly pressed with its spirit, Calvados.
48 months in oak barrels give our Pommeau its amber colour and its fruity bouquet.
Our know-how, fruit of a long family tradition, enables us to achieve subtle blendings.
To appreciate all its aromas, serve our Pommeau between 8°C and 10°C
A favorite apéritif, it also enhances foies gras, melon, raw or cured ham, and of course that most popular of Norman dessert : warm apple pie coated with double cream.
