This organic vinegar, without colouring nor preservatives, is made from one year old cider and aged for about two years in oak casks.

Thanks to a minimal filtration, it retains all its colour, flavour, aroma and taste. A light sediment is the proof of its natural quality.

With olive oil, it is the perfect dressing for any salad. Try also a dash of it with fish, oysters, chicken livers…
